What are the house types and price range?
The house type in Mabushi includes fully detached and Semidetached that are currently sold out. We still have some units of luxury 3 (three) bedroom flats with attached boys quarters for ₦52,000,000 (Fifty Two Million Naira) excluding VAT (subject to change) The house type in Durumi is fully detached Upper class, 4 bedroom house with boys quarters for ₦150,000,000 (One Hundred and Fifty Million Naira), excluding VAT (subject to change).
